My Approach
I often get asked about my motivation to become a therapist and help others. In truth, I love stories. My favorite stories are tales of characters finding resilience in the face of adversity, a unique team having to work together to overcome setbacks, or someone who appears lost finding their purpose.
I want to hear your story! You’re the author, I’m just here to help edit along the way. I can help you understand how you arrived at the current moment, how you want to face life’s challenges, and how you want to craft the future. What’s the story you want to write?
Individual Therapy
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT alongside somatic tools from Havening Techniques® and the NeuroTriad Model®, we’ll work to understand what’s happening in your body and mind, build real regulation skills, and help you move through life with more confidence and clarity.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all therapy. It’s built around your story and your values.
Specialties
Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Identity exploration and discovery, Trauma (developmental, acute, health-related, and sexual), Relationship stress, Burnout, Feeling stuck, Life transitions, LGBTQIA+ affirming care
Couples & Relationship Therapy
Are you and your partner caught in cycles of conflict you can’t seem to break? Feeling more like roommates than partners? Or maybe things aren’t falling apart, and you just want to go deeper.
Couples therapy with me is a compassionate, structured space to do exactly that. Using PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), I help partners understand how their nervous systems show up in conflict, rebuild trust and emotional intimacy, and create a relationship that’s secure, loving, and sustainable.
I find relationship work genuinely fascinating and deeply rewarding. Every couple brings something different to the table, and every session is an opportunity to help partners feel more connected to each other and to themselves.
Specialties
Miscommunication and frequent arguments, Emotional distance or disconnection, Infidelity and rebuilding trust, Intimacy difficulties, Parenting disagreements, Separation or divorce navigation, Polyamorous and multi-partner dynamics
Couples Intensive Program
Are you and your partner ready to stop waiting for change and want to take the next steps on your healing journey? Sometimes weekly sessions aren’t enough, and what you really need is the time and space to go all in.
The Couples Intensive Program is a 6.5-hour immersive therapy experience designed for partners who are serious about transformation. Whether you’re in crisis, rebuilding after a rupture, approaching a major life transition, or simply wanting to do a meaningful reset, the intensive gives you something that weekly therapy can’t: depth, momentum, and real change you can feel by the end of the day.
Over the course of the intensive, we will work through your relationship’s core dynamics, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, build concrete agreements you can carry forward, and practice mindfulness tools to help you stay grounded and connected when things get hard. I draw from PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) to help you understand how each of your nervous systems shows up in conflict, and how to work with each other rather than against each other.
At the close of the intensive, you will each receive a personalized Post-Intensive Summary Package that includes your relationship’s shared vision and values, the agreements you created together, your attachment orientations and what they mean for your dynamic, identified strengths and areas for continued growth, and clinical recommendations to guide your path forward. The Package will also include mindfulness practices for co-regulation and tips for building a secure functioning relationship.
